30 Under 30 is an educational and professional development initiative created for female corporate event planners under the age of 30.
This initiative is designed specifically for professionals working in in-house corporate event teams or closely related corporate roles who are at an early stage of their careers and want to strengthen their skills, decision-making, and understanding of corporate event strategy.
Why we created 30 Under 30
The corporate events industry is evolving rapidly: in complexity, scale, technology, and expectations. Yet many young event planners enter the profession without access to structured guidance, real-world education, or experienced professionals who can help them navigate their roles.
EVA Alliance created 30 Under 30 to help educate the next generation of corporate event planners by connecting them with senior, experienced professionals who have built and led corporate event functions inside large organizations.

What selected participants will receive
Participants accepted into 30 Under 30 will take part in a 3-month structured learning and guidance experience, including:
- Monthly educational sessions (1 per month, over 3 months, 3-hour sessions)
Focused on practical topics relevant to corporate event roles, such as:- Planning and managing corporate events at scale
- Stakeholder management and internal communication
- Budgeting, ROI, and strategic thinking
- Career development within corporate environments
- Guidance from senior corporate event planners
