A hands-on learning series for event leaders who want to actually use AI
Curated by EVA Alliance. Powered by Eventscase.
AI is everywhere. Confidence, clarity and real application are not.
Event leaders are surrounded by tools, promises and conversations, yet many still lack a practical framework for using AI in their daily work and decision-making.
AI, Tools & Beyond was created to bridge that gap.
This learning series is designed for senior event and marketing leaders who want to move from AI awareness to practical, informed use, with the confidence to question tools, test ideas and decide where AI adds value, and where human judgment remains essential.
Although powered by Eventscase, this is not platform training. Participants are not taught how to use Eventscase as a tool.
Eventscase contributes applied expertise, real-world use cases and operational knowledge from the global events industry. EVA Alliance curates the content, moderates the sessions and ensures a senior-level, experience-driven learning environment.
The value of this series lies in knowledge, confidence and application, independent of platforms.
Programme, Format & Timing
The series unfolds across six sessions, designed as a coherent learning journey rather than standalone webinars.
Each session builds on the previous one, moving from context and understanding to application, leadership and strategic decision-making.

In that role, he was responsible for the full event experience: content strategy, ecosystem engagement, audience growth, and the organisational infrastructure required to deliver at that scale, year after year.
During his Cisco Live journey, Bonny developed a deep practitioner’s understanding of what it takes to run flagship enterprise events that create lasting impact – for the audience, the brand, and the broader ecosystem.
