IMEX Frankfurt 2026 marked another important milestone for EVA Alliance as we strengthened our presence within the global business events industry and brought together senior corporate event leaders from across the world.
Throughout the week, our dedicated Hosted Buyer Group connected with destinations, venues and industry partners, exchanged ideas with fellow professionals, and explored the trends shaping the future of events. More importantly, they strengthened the relationships that make the EVA community unique.
A highlight of our programme was the session “From Human Connection to Strategic Influence. The EVA Alliance Perspective.” Moderated by EVA Co-Founder Angeles Moreno and featuring members of the EVA community, the discussion explored how event leaders can move beyond operational delivery to become strategic partners within their organisations.
The conversation examined the growing role of events in driving business outcomes, building stakeholder relationships and creating measurable value. It also reinforced an important message: if events are strategic, event leaders must have a seat at the strategic table.
Beyond the education sessions and business meetings, IMEX was an opportunity to do what EVA does best: connect and educate people. From our private community dinner to conversations across the show floor, members shared experiences, built new partnerships and expanded their international network.
As EVA Alliance continues to grow, so does our commitment to creating opportunities for women leading corporate events to learn from one another, influence the industry and shape its future.
